Federico has over 30 years’ experience in Investment Banking in Asia and Emerging Markets. Prior to joining VCM, he was the Head of Origination and M&A for Europe and MENA at CITIC Securities as Managing Director responsible for establishing the International Equity platform of the group, expanding European and China cross border capital markets activity.

In his leadership roles, Federico generated landmark M&A cross-border transactions in various sectors such as Healthcare, Consumer and Sport and Technology. He has led several listings on the HKEX including the IPO of BYD, Tencent, and SmartTone, New World.

Luca has extensive international experience in financial management, corporate restructuring and M&A. Throughout his career, he has worked with family-owned businesses, private equity funds and listed companies, leading projects across growth, turnaround and transformation phases.

Luca has advised on restructuring and value-creation strategies for industrial and service companies in Italy and abroad, working closely with boards, investors and financial institutions to realign business models, enhance governance and support sustainable growth.

Bruce currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee at Storie Co LLC, a role he has held since 2022.

Additionally, he has been an Assistant Professor of Finance & Management at Marian University, Indiana since 2015. Bruce has also been the founder and director of several personal consultancy and investment vehicles in the USA since 2021, such as Harvest Moon Capital LLC.
